About First Freedom Preservation, LLC:

First Freedom Preservation is Maryland's Premier Field Service Provider. We are a locally based property preservation/construction company located in the heart of Pikesville. About the role:

We are looking for a Renovation Repair Coordinator to join our in-house construction team! In this role, you will support renovation projects collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including clients, estimators, field-based employees, and a vast network of vendors by scheduling and coordinating the completion of all renovation activities.


  • Facilitate all necessary tasks and duties from approval to completion, for Real Estate Owned property remodels assigned within the renovation department

  • Assist estimators in building accurate and thorough bids

  • Manage client work orders

  • Coordinate timelines and schedules with crews, contractors, and vendors in order to meet specific deadlines

  • Expedite material selections, orders, deliveries, and pickups

  • Execute proper punch-list and closing tasks

  • Provide consistent, detailed job-related progress updates to all clients


  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • A clear understanding of Business Information Systems

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames

  • Strong computer and analytical skills

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Ability to work proactively and prioritize work effectively with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Team player with a commitment to positivity

  • Renovation/construction experience is a plus!


  • Experience in residential construction/renovation management and working with vendors/subcontractors a plus.


  • Must have graduated from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate.

Skills/specialized knowledge:

  • Must have a high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.

  • Highly motivated with strict attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Strong technical and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment

  • Computer literate and able to learn new programs and systems.

  • Knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.

  • Must have a working, reliable form of transportation.
